i bought some Velvia 50 in 120 format a little while ago. im not really big on shooting colour normally, but i thought id give the velvia a go based on the amazingly vibrant colours i saw and heard about, i was not disappointed! i got my positives [negatives?] back today from the lab in Melbourne, and wow. im in love!
now i just need to work out how im going to afford to buy shitloads of slide films for 4×5..
Mamiya RB67 and Fuji Velvia 50.
oh my eyes did pop! my first shot on the roll was at a beach in sunshine, simply amazing! but the picture was ruined during processing.
can you recommend any other positive films to try?
cheers!
just wait until you try it in the bright sunlight – your eyes will pop.

For a moment I tought you´d have taken these pictures in Brazil. Our geography, vegetation and beaches are so close.
