Janice & Daryls Wedding.

In Late March, Janice and Daryl got married, and naturally i took a few cameras along…
i had my Leica M6TTL (with Tri-X of course), which always seems to get the attention of the actual wedding photographers (not sure why… ;) ) and my Ricoh GR1s with Provia 400X.

and a selfie to finish of!

abandoned school.

some friends and i went for a drive around Moe a few weeks ago, and came across this old school.
some parts have started to be demolished, and others are being rebuilt, not sure as what though…
this is my first roll of film souped in D-76. decent results, so im happy.

upcoming exhibitions

this month is a busy month for me.
i will be having photos in 3 shows!
so check the page, and come check them out!

in other camera news, i sold me Leica M3, and bought a Leica M6 TTL.

Leica M3 and Tri-X

updates have been a bit slow lately, but with the weather being cold and miserable, finding time and motivation to venture outside and brave the elements has been lacking..
but i have managed to beat the winter blues and finish a roll off the other day, having a new lens to try out helps with motivation. i finally found a reasonably priced, good condition Summaron 35mm f/2.8 w/goggles, and i wish i had picked it up sooner. the following shots were taken with my Leica M3, Summarit 50 f/1,5 and Summaron 35 f/2,8 on Kodak Tri-X.

Leica M3, roll #2.

because i have too many cameras, i tend to neglect them from time to time, and rolls of film tend to take a long time to finish and get developed.
these photos were taken over a few months! which is sad, cos the Leica M3 is an amazing camera to use.

Jindera, NSW

so my friends Ryan and Hollie were/are? living in Jindera, just outside of Albury.
i recently visited them for a few days and went for a day trip with Ryan.
these shots were taken with my Leica M3 and Summarit 50 f1.5. Kodak BW400CN film
after getting this film back i realised that the lens has haze, which causes the light to blowout in sunlight.

first for 2012

well its a new year, so here’s a new post.
i also just got a new camera, a Leica M3 Double Stroke with a 50mm Summarit f1.5, a Leica MC Meter and an original Leica leather case.

anyways, here’s a few snaps from my Pentax K5 with Pentax M50mm f1.7 lens.

i also have a few rolls of film that i need to get developed, so keep an eye out for more updates very soon!

Less than three

I couldn't surrender, try as they might, to an expectation, a label, or a routine. Constantly I'd struggle, trying to fit in a preconceived mold but I'd only end up hurting myself in the process, I was either too big, too small, or the wrong 'shape' of thinking!
