In Late March, Janice and Daryl got married, and naturally i took a few cameras along…
i had my Leica M6TTL (with Tri-X of course), which always seems to get the attention of the actual wedding photographers (not sure why…
) and my Ricoh GR1s with Provia 400X.

and a selfie to finish of!

i seriously underrated this film.
very sharp, very fine grain, and quite a large dynamic range with very accurate colours!
not bad for a consumer grade film..

recently i have picked up a few new cameras.
first was a Pentax 645 then came a Olympus XA2 ( and i think i have just bought a 6×17 MF camera… )
i have a few photos from both of those cameras, as well as some from my Hasselblad and Pentax LX.
i am very happy both!

heres a bunch of random shots taken over a few months.
im generally way too selective with my photos, and a roll of 36 can take a while for me to finish!

i have been a bit sick lately, and working long shifts, so today i finally got a chance to catch up on some developing and scanning, so keep a lookout for more updates.
Last weekend was Large Format Day at Collingwood Gallery.
i love using my Crown Graphic, and i was keen on seeing a few other large format cameras in use, as they’re a bit or a rare site these days.
here’s a few photos i took.

I couldn't surrender, try as they might, to an expectation, a label, or a routine. Constantly I'd struggle, trying to fit in a preconceived mold but I'd only end up hurting myself in the process, I was either too big, too small, or the wrong 'shape' of thinking!
